This notice explains, in brief, what information CaliberPath collects through caliberpath.com and its services, who helps CaliberPath handle it, and how to reach us about it. A fuller Privacy Policy will replace this notice at this address.
Who we are
CaliberPath LLC is a professional development firm based in Augusta, Georgia. For questions about this notice, email support@caliberpath.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a contact or waitlist form, we receive what you enter — typically your name, email address, and message.
- Email updates. If you choose to receive our email updates, we keep your name and email address for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Purchases. If you buy a CaliberPath product or service, our payment processor collects your payment details, and we receive your name, email address, and the details of your purchase. We never receive or store your card number.
- Services. When you take part in a CaliberPath program or assessment, we collect the information that service needs, as described to you when you enroll.
- Visiting the site. Our hosting provider receives standard technical information, such as your IP address and the pages you visit. Our website analytics do not use cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, to provide the services you ask for, to process purchases, to send the email updates you asked for, and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell personal information.

Artificial intelligence
We use an artificial-intelligence service — currently Anthropic's Claude — in our operations. Information you give us, including materials you share for a service (for example, a résumé), may be processed with its assistance. Assessment reports are produced by a system with no artificial-intelligence step, and our internal procedures do not permit assessment answers or results to be used with artificial-intelligence services. We have turned off the use of our information for model training in the settings Anthropic makes available; under Anthropic's published terms, content flagged for a safety review may still be used to improve its safety systems. We will update this notice before using any other artificial-intelligence service with personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@caliberpath.com. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for. We delete it on request, except where we must keep it — for example, where the law requires it, or where a record documents a report we made to a public authority.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
Changes
We will post any change to this notice here. A fuller Privacy Policy will replace this notice at this address.
