Applied AI Operations is a short, working engagement that builds that operation. CaliberPath designed and operates a governed, multi-agent AI architecture to run its own firm. That is one implementation — our own — and we say so plainly, because it is also the point: we are not reselling a framework we read about. This engagement applies the same operational discipline to your work, sized to what your operation will actually sustain.
The work is architecture, not prompt technique. Prompt craft changes monthly and is freely available; how your operation governs, verifies, and organizes AI-assisted work is the asset that compounds.
How it runs. Individuals — solo operators, entrepreneurs, professionals systematizing their own AI use — work through two to three sessions over two to four weeks. Teams of two to twenty-five work through three to five sessions over four to eight weeks, adding what shared operations require: written boundaries, named owners, and handoffs that survive the seam between two people's work. Sessions run ninety minutes to two hours, and your hands are on your own work for most of them. You map a real workflow of yours in the first session; everything after is designed against it.
What you walk away holding. Two things. A working operation, configured during the sessions on your own tools rather than demonstrated on ours. And your AI Operations Playbook — the governing pages of that operation, drafted in your own hands as the engagement runs, beginning with the workflow map you draw in the first ninety minutes. It is yours because you wrote it, and it is built to keep working after we leave.
A thirty-day follow-up is available. You walk us through a month of live operation, and anything installed that your operation is not using gets lightened or removed. Under-use is design data, and we treat it that way.
